Warranty & Returns

POCHAR Return Policy:

POCHAR’s 30-day risk-free policy means that returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product, for any reason. Return shipping will be covered by us, as long as the item is shipped within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please keep your original shipping box and packaging in case you need to return your product. For questions regarding return authorization, please contact our customer service team at (909) 930-0998. We are open from 8AM to 5PM (PST), Monday to Friday.

If you discarded your original shipping box: Please contact us, as we may be able to provide you with a new shipping box at no charge, depending on our stock. However, if we do not have any shipping boxes available, it will be the customer’s responsibility to find and pay for an appropriate return box and packaging. POCHAR will not reimburse any cost of the box and packaging.

Refunds: Your money will be refunded via your original form of payment as soon as POCHAR receives your returned product. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 7 business days for your money to be credited to your account. We will send you an email or call to inform you once your refund has been approved and processed on our end. If you feel that it is taking longer than usual to receive your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company for assistance.

Warranty:

All POCHAR products come with a one-year product warranty starting from the date of receipt of product. Any failure of your product as a result of its normal intended use (breakdown, defect, etc. that prevents the user from operating the product as intended) will be replaced during this warranty period. We may request photos of the issue with your item when you contact us. If we determine that the product failure occurred as a result of product misuse, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day return period has passed.

If an item was damaged during shipping: Please contact our customer service team with your name, order number, and photos of the damage so that we can help you resolve the issue. We can be reached at (909) 930-0998 and also at service@pochar.com.

Replacement parts: If needed, replacement parts will be provided at no additional charge, as long as they are requested within one year of receipt of the product. A full product replacement is only available within the 30-day risk-free period after receipt of the product.

Cancelled orders: If we receive your cancellation request before your order ships, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if the cancellation request is sent to POCHAR after the order has already been shipped, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s full refund to cover the cancellation and return cost.
